    • KNECHTEL, William Orval - Peacefully, after a very long battle with AIDS, at his parent's home, on Friday, Feb. 10, 1995, in his 39th year. Bill was a long time faithful employee and friend of the Gmelin Family of Cambridge. Loved and missed by his parents, Orval and Mary. Lovingly remembered by his sisters, Betty and her husband James Primeau and Eleanor Waito, both of Kitchener and his brother, James of Mitchell. Dearly missed by his nieces and nephews, Shelley, Duane, Tyler and Jennifer. Special friend of Paul Ottmann, Gary Gibson, Douglas Saunders, all of Cambridge and Susan Cadell of Waterloo. Predeceased by his sister-in-law, Barbara. Friends and relatives may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W., Kitchener, on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Monday at 1 p.m., Father Edward Sheridan officiating. Interment Mannheim Mennonite Cemetery in the spring.
