- MICHAEL KNECHTEL - Michael Knechtel, 92, died at the Old People's Home yesterday following failing health of about a year. Deceased was born in Germany. He resided in this city for over 10 years prior to which he lived in Elmira. He was a cabinet maker by trade. He is survived by four sons and two daughters, Fernando, Fred and Walter Knechtel, all of Toronto; M?, Spokane Wash., Mrs. E. ? Tovell, Toronto, and Mrs. Clara Raymond, Kitchener. There are 21 grandchildren and five great grandchildren. The funeral will be held from the Lippert and Hunter Funeral Home at 3: 30 p.m. Sunday with interment in Mr. Hope Cemetery.
