  KAPLIN, Clayton L. - Passed away at St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener, after a lengthy illness, on Tuesday, April 15, 1986, Clayton Louis Kaplin, age 67 years, of 9 Brant Cres., Kitchener. Beloved father of Charles of Sarnia, Karen of Burlington, Linda of Kitchener and Roger of Sarnia. Loving grandfather of Charles Jr., Charlotte, Tracey, Lisa, Chad and Amanda; brother of Jerome and Lorraine, both of Kitchener and Randolph of Rochester, N. Y. Predeceased by his wife, the former Marjorie Peggy Richards, on November 8, 1982 and his parents, Charles Kaplin and the former Anne White. Mr. Kaplin was employed with the Waterloo County Board of Education at Forest Heights Collegiate, until his retirement; a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 50 and a past vice-president. Friends may call at the Ratz- Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W., Kitchener, after 7 p.m. Wednes- day. Funeral service in the Ratz- Bechtel Chapel, on Friday at 2:30 p.m. Interment Woodland cemetery, Father Terry McGuire, CR, officiating.
