  Mrs. Clayton Underwood - Mrs. Clayton Underwood, 45, of 196 Stirling Ave. South, died Monday at K-W Hospital after a lengthy illness. Born Oct. 19, 1908, in Kitchener, she was the daughter of the late Henry Gerth and Mrs. Samuel Toman, who survives. She was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church. Besides her mother, surviving, are her husband, Clayton; two daughters, Arleen and Jacqueline, both at home; one brother, Gordon Gerth of Kitchener. The body is at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home where the funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 2 pm, Rev. A.W. Lotz of St. Peter's Lutheran Church will officiate.
