The little boy on the left grew up to be Dr. Philip Voelker, the medical officer of health for many years. The baby is my father Charlie Voelker who was a custom home designer & was on Waterloo City council in the 1970s. The house was at 754 King St. W. where the Central [Meat] Market is now.
