Notes - ANDRADE, Dylan - Suddenly on Thursday September 12, 1996, Dylan Andrade in his fourth year. Beloved son of Steven Andrade and the late Brenda Andrade and cherished brother of Andrew, Jordan, Mandy, Melissa, and his twin sister Emma. Much loved grandson of Marie Rumsey and Laura Andrade, and great-grandparents Elizabeth Oxford and Joe and Dorothy Hohmann. Also survived by his many aunts, uncles and cousins. He will be sadly missed by his special friend and caregiver Linda Tinker. Friends will be received at the Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas St., Cambridge on Sunday September 15, 1996 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at the Calvary Pentecostal Assembly Church, 127 Hespeler Road, on Monday September 16, 1996 at 10: 30 a.m., Pastor David Courey officiating. Interment Mount View Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Cerebral Palsy Foundation or the Calvary Pentecostal Assembly Memorial Fund would be appreciated by the family.
