  ARMSTRONG, John Crawford (Jack) - On Saturday, January 8, 2000 at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital. John (Jack) Armstrong, 77 years of age, beloved husband of the late Barbara Armstrong (1997), dear father of Wayne Armstrong, Cambridge, Debbie and her husband Lloyd Sauder, Kitchener, and Rodger Armstrong and his wife Judy, Woodstock. Dear grandfather of Kimberly and Clifford Sauder, and Matthew and Aaron Armstrong; dear great-grandfather of Jessica Sauder. Dear brother of Anthony Armstrong. Mr. Armstrong is resting at Lonesbury Funeral Home (Formerly Nelsons), 1766 Franklin Boulevard, Cambridge from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Monday. A memorial service under the auspices of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #272 will be held at the funeral home on Monday evening at 6: 30 p.m. followed by a memorial service under the auspices of the Hespeler Lodge I.O.O.F. #321 at 7 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday morning at St. Luke's United Church at 11 a.m. with interment to follow at New Hope Cemetery. Those who wish to make a memorial donation to the Canadian Diabetes Foundation or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario. No more pain, no more sorrow God has taken you by his hand, to lead you home again. Don't be afraid, grandma is awaiting to be reunited with you once again.
