  MRS. ION EBY Following a brief illness. Mrs. Ion Eby, 56, of 25 Bingeman street, died yesterday at St. Mary's Hospital. Born in Germany on Aug. 13, 1883, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. August Polzin, she came to Canada when two years of age. Deceased attended St. Mary's R.C. church and was a member of the Christian Mothers. She was married in Kitchener on June 15, 1910. Besides her husband there survive, three sons: Walter of Kitchener, Roy and Gordon at home, three daughters, Mrs. Gerard Carey of Kitchener, Misses Margaret and Cornelia at home, three brothers, August and John, twins, and Fred, all of Kitchener, a sister, Mrs. Leo Rumig of Stratford and two grandchildren. The funeral will be held from her residence on Wednesday morning to St. Mary's church at 9 o'clock. Burial will be in Woodland cemetery . Kitchener Daily Record 13 Nov 1939 pg 15
