  ASHBY, Elsie Irene - Passed away on Wednesday, September 5, 2007, in her 93rd year. Loving wife of the late Roy Alfred Ashby. She is survived by her loving daughter and son-in-law, Carolyn and Stan Lytle of Kitchener, three grandsons, Scott (Kim Peterson) of Halifax, Shawn (Maura Drew-Lytle) of Aurora and Steven (Diana Spremo) of Montreal. She was blessed with six great-grandchildren, Jordan, Kaylen, Katherine, Erin, Nicolette and Ashley. Survived by sister, Pearl Devey of Kitchener. She was the cherished aunt of Marilyn and Art Whitham, Sharon Weber, Debbie Briere and husband Bob and Gary Devey. A Memorial Service to celebrate Elsie's life will be held in the chapel at Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas Street, Cambridge, on Saturday, October 6, 2007, at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Diabetes Association or Kidney Foundation would be appreciated.
