  ATKINS, Amy - Of Golden Years Nursing Home, Cambridge (formerly of Burger Court), on Friday, May 27, 1994 at Cambridge Memorial Hospital in her 79th year. Beloved sister of Ivy and Muriel, both of Cambridge. Also survived by 1 nephew George Patient of Cambridge and 1 niece Muriel Bowen of England. Loving Aunt to the Cook family. Predeceased by 1 sister Edna. Amy was born in England and has been a resident of Cambridge for the past 30 years. She was a member of Trinity Anglican Church. At Amy's request there will be no visitation. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be announced at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Cambridge Memorial Hospital Foundation, 700 Coronation Blvd., Cambridge N1R 9Z9 or to Trinity Anglican Church, 12 Blair Road, Cambridge N1S 2N5 would be appreciated by the family.
