  ATKINSON, Kenneth John - Passed away, peacefully, on April 16, 2005, with his family at his side, at Freeport Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, Kitchener. Cherished husband of Shirley. Loving father of Scot (Julie) and Stephen (Rita). Forever remembered by his grandson, Bradley. Survived by his sisters, Joyce Davis of Kingston, ON., Betty Casey (Clair) of Midland, ON., Barbara Basser (Louis) of Lucknow, ON., Pat Strang of O'Leary, P.E.I. Predeceased by his brothers-in-law, Vincent Davis and Herbert Strang. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 20, 2005 at 11 a.m. at Coutts Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 96 St. Andrews St., Cambridge (519) 621-1650. Reception to follow at the home of Stephen Atkinson. The family wishes to thank the Staff at Freeport for the care and support. In Ken's memory, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
