    • Mrs. Nicholas Krotz

      The death of Mrs. Nicholas Krotz, 69, of 122 Chestnut St., occurred at her residence last night following a brief illness.

      The former Elizabeth Bender. she was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. George J. Bender and was born March 5, 1880. She was a member of Zion Evangelical United Brethren Church.

      Surviving are her husband Walter [Nicholas] Krotz, Tavistock, and three sons, Wesley, Millbank, Rev. Walter Krotz, Tavistock, and Ralph, Wallace Township; three daughters, Mrs. Emerson (Lillian) Wenzel, Crediton, Mrs. George (Flora) Richmond, Simcoe, Mrs. Alex (Hilda) Wolfe, Wallace Township; two brothers, Alfred and Herman, both of Kitchener; one sister, Mrs. Samuel (Millie) Shoup, Detroit; 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

      The body is resting at the Ratz- Bechtel Funeral Home where the service will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. Interment will be made in the Mt. Hope Cemetery. Rev. E. E. Hallman will officiate.
