    • Mrs. M. Ballantyne Dies in 88th Year - Mrs. Margaret Ballantyne of 26 Shade Street, a long time resident of Galt passed away at the Galt General Hospital yesterday after a week's illness. She was in her 88th year. Born in Paisley, Scotland, Mrs. Ballantyne came to Galt 30 years ago. She was an adherent of Central Presbyterian church and a life member of the Order of the Eastern Star at Johnstone, Scotland. She was one of the first members of the Salvation Army in Paisley, Scotland, when that organization was known as the Blue Ribbon Army. Surviving are five sons, James, Charles M. and Archie of Galt, William of Kitchener and Alexander of Paisley, Scotland; two daughters, Mrs. M. McMaster of Windsor and Mrs. Jessie Dykeman of Galt. There are 20 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren. Friends will be received at the T. Little and Son funeral home, 39 Grand Avenue North. Funeral service will be held at 2: 30 p.m. with interment in Mount View cemetery. An Eastern Star service will be held at the funeral home tonight at eight o'clock.
