  FRIES, Shirley - Passed away, peacefully, at Freeport Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, on Saturday, Dec. 8, 2001, at the age of 64 years. Shirley retired from Electrohome after 28 years of service. Survived by her father, Martin Richards and his companion Connie of Cambridge. Loving mother of Lori and her husband Greg Fries of Kitchener, Doug Pfaff of Kitchener and Terry Pfaff and his wife Tracy of Cambridge. Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Tanya, Crystal, Marcy, Amanda, Holly, Robyn, Keith and Kevin and great-grandchildren, Emitte, Wyatt and Hunter. Dear sister of Doris and her husband Gord Shinn, Marie Howie, all of Kitchener, Barb and her husband Jerry Schnarr of Elmira, Judy and Caus Versteig of Cambridge, Dale and Bill Craig of Orangeville, Bob and Judy Richards, Jack and Ann Richards, all of Cambridge and Gary and Charlene Richards of Florida. Also survived by her sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Murray Fries, Wib and Shirley Fries, Earl and Jackie Fries, Ross and Carla Fries, Gary and Lorraine Fries, all of Kitchener, Molly Fries, Doug and Shirley Fries, all of Waterloo, Elaine and Buddy Geffros of Oliphant, Phylllis Geiger and Ron and Joyce Hutchings of Kitchener. Remembered by her many nieces, nephews, Greg-nieces and great-nephews. Predeceased by her husband, Butch Fries on October 4, 1993 and her mother, Annie Richards. Relatives and friends may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W., Kitchener this evening (Monday) from 7-9 pm and on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held in the Ratz-Bechtel chapel on Wednesday at 1 pm. Interment in Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo. Reception will follow in the Ratz-Bechtel Family Centre.
