- KUBE, "Bill" William Kenneth In loving memory of "Bill" William Kenneth Kube, 51 years, of Copper Cliff, who passed away suddenly Wednesday morning, May 29th, 2002 at the Sudbury Regional Hospital - St. Joseph's Health Centre. Born in Kitchener, he married Sherry Larocque in Sudbury. Bill came to Sudbury in 1972 from Bramalea. Always a keen entrepreneur, he was most knowledgeable about the bar industry having at one time owned the local O'Toole's Restaurant & Bar. For the past 3 years Bill was a manager with Omega Direct Response. He was a passionate political observer and an excellent cook. He was a real people person who was quick to help and mentor others. Beloved husband of Sherry Larocque-Kube of Copper Cliff. Loving father of Scott Kube of Sudbury, Neil Kube (friend Laura) of Mississauga and Sandi Braumberger (husband Dave) of London. Dear son of Robert Kube of Wasaga Beach and Eileen Kube predeceased. Dear brother of Dave (wife Sam) of Kitchener, Beth of Lethbridge, Joanne Whelan of Owen Sound and Danny (wife Maureen) of Surrey, BC. Special son in law of Leo and Myrtle Korosec of Copper Cliff. Dear brother in law of Robert and Carol Laalo of Naughton. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and his canine buddies Max and Nikki. Funeral Prayers in the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME, 252 Regent St. at Hazel St. on Saturday, June 1st, 2002 at 1 p.m. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium. Donations to the Heart & Soul Heart Equipment Fund would be appreciated. (Friends may call from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, and after 11 a.m. Saturday.) (Note: Photo attached to obit.
