Notes - LESSARD, William W. - On Monday, April 19, 1999, at K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, aged 71 years. Beloved husband of Shirley (nee Dawe) of 51 years. Loving father of Martha Lobsinger and her husband Rick of Waterloo, Roberta "Bobbie" Scott and her husband Bill of Kitchener and Dan and his wife Laurie of Waterloo. Cherished grandfather of Evan Lobsinger, Dan and Kaitlynn Scott and Andrew and Lindsay Lessard. Dear brother of Margaret Tully, James, Robert, Patricia Gray, Nancy Zettel and Thomas. Predeceased by a brother, Gary. Bill retired in 1989 as the Executive Vice-President of Ontario Die Company Ltd., where he was employed for over 30 years. Throughout his life, he enjoyed numerous hobbies such as photography, radio controlled model planes, small engine pilot, sailing and motorcycles, but Bill's greatest joy was spending time with his precious grand-children. The family will receive friends at the Edward R. Good Funeral Home, 171 King St. S, Waterloo today (Wednesday) from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 22, 1999 at 2 p.m. in the mineral home chapel. Cremation will take place.
