- CREAMED OYSTERS
A. H. Totzke
1 pint oysters, 4 tablespoons butter, 4 tablespoons flour, 1/2 cup oyster liquid, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 cup milk, a little pepper.
Clean Oysters, melt 1 tablespoon butter in pan, add oysters and cook until plump, shaking the pan to keep them from sticking, make a white sauce of remaining ingredients and add it to the oysters.1a
