• Notes

  Mr. Albert Schedewitz passed away early on Monday, Feb. 12, at his home in Hesson after an illness of nearly three years, although he had been confined to his home for only a short time. Deceased who was 69 years of age, was born near Elmira and resided here until about three years ago when he moved to Hesson. He was a member of St. Mary's R. C. Church at Hesson. Mr. Schedewitz's first wife, Emma Logel, to whom he was married in 1905, predeceased him four years ago. He leaves to mourn, his second wife, Pauline Schiebel, one sister, (Clara) Mrs. Oscar Christman of Elmira and two brothers, William and John, also of Elmira. Two sisters and two brothers predeceased him. The funeral was held on Wednesday morning from the home to St. Theresa's Church in Elmira. Interment was made in the R. C. Cemetery.
