    • Mr. Albert Schedewitz passed away early on Monday, Feb. 12, at his home in Hesson after an illness of nearly three years, although he had been confined to his home for only a short time.

      Deceased who was 69 years of age, was born near Elmira and resided here until about three years ago when he moved to Hesson. He was a member of St. Mary's R. C. Church at Hesson.

      Mr. Schedewitz's first wife, Emma Logel, to whom he was married in 1905, predeceased him four years ago. He leaves to mourn, his second wife, Pauline Schiebel, one sister, (Clara) Mrs. Oscar Christman of Elmira and two brothers, William and John, also of Elmira. Two sisters and two brothers predeceased him.

      The funeral was held on Wednesday morning from the home to St. Theresa's Church in Elmira. Interment was made in the R. C. Cemetery.

      HESSON, Feb. 12 Albert Schedewitz, 63, died early today at his home here after an illness of three years, although he had been confined to his home for only one month. Deceased was born near Elmira and had resided there until three years ago when he moved to Hesson, He was a member of St. Mary's R.C. church, Hesson.

      Twice married, Mr. Schedewitz was predeceased four years ago by his first wife, Emma Logel, to whom he was married in 1905. Pauline Schiebel, his second wife survives with one sister, (Clara) Mrs. Osear Christman of Elmira and two brothers, John and William, also of Elmira. Two brothers and two sisters predeceased him.

      The funeral will be held on Wednesday morfting from the home to St. Theresa's church in Elmira at 10 o'clock. Interment will take place in the adjoining cemetery. The remains will be at the Dreisinger Funeral chapel until 7 o'clock this evening.
