  Mervyn Reginald Bassett - Passed away on Saturday, February 9, 2008 at Lisaard House in his 81st year. Beloved husband of the late Evelyn, loving father of Garry (Dene) of River Valley and Nellie (Steve) Gould of Guelph. Dear grandfather of Jackie, Sasha and Alicia, brother of Sylvia, (Don) Hunter of Winnipeg and Barb (Kevin) Lahey of Hanover. Dear friend of Nancy Elliott of Cambridge. A memorial service for Mervyn will be held at a later date. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Lounsbury Funeral home.
