  BICKFORD, Ambrose At Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Sunday, Febraury 24th, 1991, in his 75th year. Ambrose Bickford of 9 Westgate Court, Cambridge, beloved husband of Susannah (nee Hutchings) dear father of Douglas, Melvin, Albert, Myles, Rhonda (Mrs. David Warren), and Sylvia Mercer all of Cambridge and Edna (Mrs. William Byrne) of Victoria B.C. Loved grandfather of 14 and great-grandfather of 2. Dear brother of George and Reuben both of Nfld., Ralph and Vincent both of Cambridge. He was predeceased by one brother, Edward. Mr. Bickford was born in Newfoundland and worked most of his life in the mines on Bell Island, before coming to Cambridge, in 1964. He was a former employee of Galt British Forge. Friends will be received at COUTTS AND SON FUNERAL HOME, 96 St. Andrews St. Cambridge, on Monday, 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel, on Wednesday, at 1: 30 p.m. Interment, Mount View Cemetery.
