Notes - BELL, Connie (nee Conduit) - October 11 1920 - December 12, 2007. Mrs. Connie Bell (Conduit), 87, a lifelong resident of Cambridge and beloved wife of the late Wilson Bell, died December 12, 2007, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, with family at her side. Connie continued the Conduit Family Jewellery store on Water Street in Galt for many years until her retirement. She was active in the Business and Professional Women's Club, YWCA and Zonta Club. Probus meetings in recent years were of great enjoyment to her. Her concern for others was reflected in her non-public philanthropy. Later in life, Connie enjoyed playing bridge in the Cambridge area and was constantly visited in her home by a gallery of fun loving friends and family. She was a role model of compassion and action that her family observed, experienced and will strive to continue. The Conduit and Bell families wish to thank all Connie's friends for their kindness and devotion to Connie. There will be no visitation or funeral service. Cremation has taken place and as per Connie's wishes, a family celebration of her life will be planned for a later date. Condolences to the family may be sent to Little's Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 223 Main St. E., Cambridge, Ontario, N1R 1X2, 519-623-1290.
