  MEIER, Leo Of Riverbend Place, Cambridge, on Tuesday, January 29th, 1991, in his 90th year, following a lengthy illness. Mr. Meier was born in Switzerland in 1901 and was predeceased by his first wife in Switzerland and his second wife, Beatrice "Nellie" Meier in 1971. Mr. Meier is survived by one daughter, Elizabeth Saner Meier, six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren, all in Switzerland and four step-daughters, Mrs. Alma McDonald and Mrs. Annie Albin of Cambridge, Mrs. Edna Balcarras of Waterloo and Mrs. Elsie Norman of Calgary and by fifteen step-grandchildren and fifteen step-great-grandchildren. Resting at the Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas Street, Cambridge, where friends will be received on Wednesday (today), from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held from St. Gregory's R.C.
