  Douglas F. Watters GALT, Douglas Frederick Watters, 241 Southwood Drive, Unit 1, Galt, died Tuesday, at South Waterloo Hospital. He was 51. Born at Chatham Head, N.B., he had lived here, 19 years. He was superintendent of the Ontario housing development on Southwood Drive. He was a member of St. Giles Presbyterian Church. Suriving are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Burton Watters of Saint John N.B., his wife, the former Ursla (Betty) Jensen; two sons, John of London, Ont. and David of Preston; three daughters, Mrs. Donald (Anna) Jackman of Galt, Diane and Carol, both at home; two brothers, Burton of Hamilton and Allison of Saint John, N.B.; three sisters, Mrs. Harold (Marjorie) McLaughlin of Moncton, N.B., Mrs. Linwood (Doris) Macumber of Saint John, N.B. and six grandchildren.
