  Herbert H. Parkinson GALT, Herbert Harvey Parkinson. 24 Aberdeen Rd. S., Galt, died Tuesday at Middletown, Conn. Mr. Parkinson was born in Yorkshire, England and had resided in Galt, most of his life. He was a pump designer for Babcock-Wilcox Canadian Ltd. and a consulting engineer with that firm for 52 years. He was also a member of the firm's quarter-century club. He was interested in photography and oil-painting and had won may photography awards. He was a member of the Color Camera Club and a past president. He had served with the Royal Canadian Air Force, in the First World War. Surviving are his wife, the former Lucille McCutcheon and one son, Roger of Toronto. The body is at Little's Funeral Home, where funeral and committal service will be conducted Saturday, at 2 p.m. Interment will be in Mountview cemetery.
