  ROED, Elizabeth At the Freeport Hospital Kitchener, on Tuesday, April 24th, 1990, in her 97th year. Beloved wife of the late Major Peter Ole Roed (1944) and dear mother of Arthur of Norway, Peter of Toronto, George of Calgary and Ingebjorg (Mrs. George Allan) of Toronto. Also survived by 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Mrs. Roed had been a resident of Cambridge Eventide Home for 12 years and was in Freeport Hospital, for the past few years. She had been a missionary with the Salvation Army in Indonesia. Fuheral Service will be held from the Salvation Army Citadel, Shade St. Cambridge, on Friday, April 27th, 1990, at 7 p.m. Interment, Mountview Cemetery, Cambridge. Cambridge Reporter 1990
