  MILLER, Herbert On Friday, September 27, 1996, at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital (late residence St. Lukes Place) in his 98th year. Husband of the late Edna Rush, dear father of June Macaulay of North York, Jack and his wife Phylis of Kingston, grandfather of Terry and Lynda Miller, Elizabeth Miller, Ted and Karen Macaulay, Rachael and Jonathon Carter, and great grandfather of Rebecca, Anthony, Hayley, Joshua and Luke. Resting at the NELSON FUNERAL HOME, 1766 Franklin Blvd., where friends will be received Saturday evening, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held Monday afternoon, at 1: 30 p.m., at Hespeler Baptist Church.
