  MARTIN, Maurice Francis Peacefully, on Tuesday, October 15, 1996, at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital. Maurice Francis Martin, in his 84th year. Beloved husband of the late Ivy Spencer Martin, dear father of Carol and her husband Leon Tomkins, devoted grandfather of Leanne and Michael, all of Cambridge, dear brother of Beatrice Everson and Joseph and his wife Margaret, all of Flat Rock, Newfoundland. Predeceased by two brothers, Torn and David. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Resting at the Erwin S. Nelson Funeral Home, 1766 Franklin Blvd., Cambridge, where the family will receive friends, from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m., on Thursday, October 17, 1996. The Vigil will be held at the Funeral Home on Thursday evening, at 7 o'clock. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary of the Visitation Church, on Friday morning, at 10 o'clock.
