  MAHER William F. (Bill) At Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Tuesday, November 24, 1987, in his 68th year. William Maher, late of 1118 Winterhalt Avenue. Beloved husband of Rose Hamilton. Loving father to William of Toronto, Robert of British Columbia, Paul of St. Clements, Ron of Kitchener, Eilene Schoenfeld, Patricia Langford both of Cambridge, Anne Maher of Midland. He will be dearly missed by his 8 grandchildren. Survived by his brothers, Victor of British Columbia and Edward of St. John's Nfld. and sisters, Olive Kapitany, Irene Power, Joan Casselton all of Cambridge and Betty Turvey of Brantford. Predeceased by his brother, Kevin. Mr. Maher was born in St. John's Nfid. and has lived in the Cambridge area all of his life. He was a WWII Veteran, serving six years with the Royal Navy and was a retired 32 year employee of Babcock and Wilcox. Family will receive friends at Coutts and Son Funeral Home, 96 St. Andrews Street, on Tuesday (today), 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial, to be held at St. Clements R.C.
