  Donald W. Forsythe GALT, Donald W. Forsythe of 126 Forest Rd., died Monday, at Westminster Hospital, London. Ont. He was 57. Mr. Forsythe was born in Peterborough and came to Galt from Mount Hope, in 1945 He was custodian for the Galt board of education and also for the Waterloo county board of education. He was a member of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church and a member of the Galt Burns Club. He served with the Royal Canadian Air Force, in the Second World War He was a member of the Galt Royal Canadian Legion. He was predeceased by one brother. Surviving are his wife, the former Ella Menzies, one son, Donald of Peterborough and two brothers, David of Peterborough and Maitland of Clarksburg. The body is at the Coutts and Son Funeral Home, where a service will be conducted Thursday, at 2 p.m. Interment will be in Mount View cemetery. Kitchener-Waterloo Record 26 Jan 1971 pg 27
