      Mr. H. Mickus Suffers Painful Accident When on a Hunting Trip

      SHOT IN THE FOOT

      A distressing accident occurred on Monday morning, when Mr. Harvey Mickus was accidentally shot in the foot.

      Mr. Mickus, with a party of friends had planned on spending the holiday hunting in the neighborhood of Alma. While walking along and carrying their guns, the gun in the hands of one of the men was accidentally discharged, the bullet lodging in the right foot of Mr. Mickus, in the heel.

      Dr. Fischer attended the injured the foot, and the young man was removed to the Berlin-Waterloo Hospital.
