  KNARR, Gilbert 1921 - 2014 Passed away peacefully at KW Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, Kitchener, on Sunday, March 23, 2014, at the age of 92. Gilbert is survived by his dear wife Murial "Reta" (Uhrig), with whom he shared 71 years of marriage that demonstrated mutual support and love for each other. Cherished father of Wayne Knarr and Kathy (Kelly) Mulligan. Will be lovingly missed by his grandchildren Andrew Mulligan (Kelly), Bradley Mulligan (Lauren) and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Edwin and Emma (Koch); brother Melvin Knarr and sister Dorothy Wey. Friends are invited to share their memories of Gilbert with his family during the memorial visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home , 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Saturday, April 5, 2014 from 2 - 2:45 p.m. The memorial service will follow at 3 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home. A reception will be held immediately following the service in the Fireside Reception Room of the funeral home.
