      It is with great sadness, that the family of the late Mary Vitez, announces her passing at her residence in Cambridge, on Thursday, February 23, 2006. She was born March 10, 1922. Loving wife and life time companion of 62 years of Frank Vitez. Beloved mother of Mary Anne Hubert, Linda Murphy (Dave) of Cambridge, Jean Attridge (Tom) of London, Denis Vitez (Debbie) of Cambridge, Cathy Wilkins (Jeff) and John Vitez (Antonietta) of London. Cherished grandmother of 16 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Survived by sistersl Anne Timco and Sophie Beaulieu, both of St. Catharines. Predeceased by daughter-in-law, Donna Vitez (2002) and son-in-law, Gerald Hubert (2006). Mary was a founding member of the St. Ambrose RC Church and was a former member of the CWL. Her family and friends will miss her love of cooking and gardening. Resting at Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas Street, Cambridge, where the family will receive friends, today (Friday), 3-5 and 7-9 pm. Prayers will be recited at the funeral home tonight (Friday), at 8: 30 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial, will be celebrated at St. Ambrose RC Church, Chalmers Street South, Cambridge, on Saturday, February 25, 2006, at 11 a.m. Interment at Mount View Cemetery.
