  J. H. RUTHERFORD J. H. Shellard Rutherford, of 36 Barrie St., Cambridge (Galt), died Sunday, Dec. 23, at the South Waterloo Memorial Hospital. Mr. Rutherford was predeceased by his wife, the former Ora Elizabeth Mason, in 1971 and is survived by two daughters, Mrs. F. J. H. (Mary) Simpson of Dundas and Mrs. Gerald R. (Jean) Brown of Clarkson; one son, John S. of Cambridge (Galt); one sister, Isabel of Buffalo and eight grandchildren. Interment was at Mount View Cemetery. Galt Reporter 1973
