  GAVIN, Rose After a lengthy illness, at Georgian Manor, Penetanguishene, on Monday, April 21, 1997, in her 94th year. Rose Gavin, formerly of Cambridge. Beloved wife of the late William John Gavin (1977). Loving mother of Dorothy Thompson of Midland, Barbara and her husband John Seaton of Cambridge, Patricia and her husband Dieter Frey of Kitchener and William and his wife Sharon Gavin of Cambridge. Cherished by eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Sister of Mary Clark of Virginia and predeceased by four brothers and two sisters. Funeral and committal services will be conducted in the Chapel of Little's Funeral Home, 223 Main St. E., Cambridge, on Wednesday, April 23, 1997, at 2 p.m., with Pastor Kyle Banger of Roseville United Church officiating.
