    • John Adams Takes the Last Long Journey Passed Away Yesterday

      John Adams, West Main Street, died at his home yesterday morning, aged 69 years. He was born in Aberdeen, Scotland and had lived here for twenty years. Two daughters, Maggie, at home and Mrs. Hogg, Paisley, survive him. Mrs. Adams is also still living. Mrs. Smith is a sister and another sister resides in the States. The remaining members of the family have their homes in the, Old Country. The funeral will take place tomorrow afternoon, at 2 o'clock, to Mount View Cemetery.
