At the Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Tuesday, January 14th 1992, in his 74th year. Rector King of Cambridge-Galt, born at Bell Island, Newfoundland on February 10th, 1918. Beloved brother of Bill King of Bell Island, Nfld., Ernest King of St. John's Nfld., Rev. Lindasy G. King of Willowdale, Mrs. Nancy Jackman of Sasketchewan and Mrs. Elvia Skanes of Bell Island, Nfld. Loving Uncle of Irene and her husband Fred Meadus; Gladys and her husband Raymond Whalen all of Cambridge; Linda and her husband Tom Roberts of Georgetown; Ada and Lloyd Downing of St. John's, Nfld.; Wally and his wife Muriel King of Cambridge and Lindsay and his wife Dianne King of Bell Island, Nfld., also survived by five nieces and six nephews. Mr., Rector King was employed for thirty years with Wabana Iron Ores, was a fisherman off the coast of Labrador Nfld. and came to Cambridge in 1976, to work in the textile mills. Friends will be received at the LITTLE'S FUNERAL HOME, 223 Main Street East, Cambridge, Thursday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Services will be conducted in the Funeral Home Chapel Friday, 1: 30 p.m. Interment Mount View Cemetery.
