Beloved husband of Beverly Newman; dear father of Michelle, Joseph and Scott. Lovingly remembered by five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; eight brothers, Maurice (Dianne), Larry (Monique), Peter (Jo), Earl, Kenneth (Gertrude), Pat (Eileen), John (Sharon) and six sisters, Marilyn (Don), Mary (Les), Joan (Nate), Agnes (Peter), Christine (Nick), Colleen (George). Predeceased by his parents, Lawrence and Mary Keels; two brothers, Colin and Arthur and one sister, Catherine. The family will receive friends at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge ,on Sunday, from 7-9 p.m. The funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday, July 16, 2001, at St. Clement's RC Church, 745 Duke St., Cambridge, at 10 a.m. Interment in Mount View Cemetery, Cambridge.
