  MERRITT, Arthur Erwin (Merv Of 154 Fountain St., Cambridge (Preston), at Victoria Hospital, London, Ont., on Sunday, April 18, 1976, Mery Merritt, beloved husband of Lucy Gabes, dear father of James and Robert of Cambridge (Preston), Pat (Mrs. Donald Karges) of Kitchener, in his 68th year. Mr. Merritt was born in Beamsville, Ont. and has been a resident of Cambridge (Preston), since 1937. He was retired from Genesco of Canada Company Ltd. Also survived by three brothers, Harold of Kinmount, Walter of Hamilton, Howard of Beamsville and nine grandchildren. Resting at the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd.. Cambridge iPreston), where the family will receive friends this evening, Tuesday afternoon and evening. Private family funeral service will be conducted, Wednesday. Interment in Parklawn cemetery.
