    • LINTON, Hazel (nee Tutton)

      At the Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Monday, September 25, 2000, in her 84th year. Beloved wife of the late Stewart Barrie Linton (1994). Dear mother of Jim and his wife Pat of Oliver, B.C. Loving grandmother of Maggie and Beth Linton and Kevin Ball and his wife Lisa and three great-grandchildren, Valerie, Cassandra and Mackenzie Ball. Also survived by her sisters-in-law, Marion Tutton and Helen MacDonald and her brother-in-law, Stanton Linton and his wife Eleanor. Predeceased by her daughter, Sheila Crawford (1994); her son, David (1969),; her sister, Verna Wilson; and her brothers, Lorne Tutton and Roy Tutton. Hazel was a longtime member of the farming community of North Dumfries and later the Real Estate world. She will be greatly missed by her family and many friends made through Knox Galt Presbyterian Church, the Laura Rose Woman's Institute and the community Friends, will be received at the Coutts & Sons Funeral Home, 86 St. Andrews street, Cambridge, on Wednesday, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be conducted in the Funeral Home Chapel, on Thursday, September 28, 2000, at 11 a.m., with Rev. Wayne Dawes officiating. Interment to follow in Mount View Cemetery.
