At the Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Monday, November 2. 1998, in his 84th year. Louis was a retired employee of Allen-Bradley and a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Preston Branch #126. He was predeceased by his first wife, Mildred (1978) and his second wife Alina. Beloved husband of Elise Chenier Lamarre of Cambridge. Dear father of Pauline and her husband Pat Reidy of Cambridge, Daniel Lamarre of Cambridge, George Lamarre of London, Wayne and his wife Odilia, Debbie and her husband Pete MacDougall, all of Cambridge and Donna Bremmers and her husband Dave of Edmonton. Loving grandfather of 13 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Roland, Lousia & Romeo of Montreal, Mary & Marcel of St. John Quebec, Adelard & Robert of Cowansville, Quebec and Gerard of Vancouver. He was predeceased by 2 grandchildren, Brian Corbett (1974) and Stephen MacDougall (1975), 1 brother Paul, 3 sisters, Rose, Beatrice and Madaline and his parents Louis and Georgians Lamarre. Friends will be received at COUTTS & SON FUNERAL HOME, 96 St. Andrews St., Cambridge, on Wednesday, from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial, will be celebrated at St. Ambrose R.C. Church, on Thursday, November 5, 1998, at 10 a.m. Interment to follow in Mount View Cemetery.
