…whereas it is appointed unto all men to die once, and I am at present provided with good understanding and memory, well enabled to make my Last Will and Testament, hence I do the same do hereby and ordain to know as follows. First, it is my will and I ordain, that my whole moveable and immoveable property, be it situated wherever it may, and which I do leave at my departure from this world, be divided in equal parts amongst my well beloved brothers and sisters, hitherto yet living in Wiebersweiler, in the Canton Albeydorff, Department dy LaMuirth, France, or in any case of death amongst them before my departure, amongst their respective heirs, in equal parts…Lastly then I nominate and constitute as Executors of this my Last Will and Testament the Meesrs John R.
