    • A-1-179 Casper Mogk Last Will and Testament of Casper Mogk formerly of the Township of Waterloo, labourer, deceased…The Will is committed to John Becking of the Township of Wilmot, Waggon Maker, and George Specht, of the Township of Waterloo, Yeoman, the Executors herein named the said John Becking and George Specht, having first made oath will and faithfully to administer all and singular the goods chattels and effects of the said deceased….

      This Instrument witnesseth that I, Casper Moggue[sic] of the Township and County of Waterloo, do make publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament… My Will is first that my funeral charges and just debts shall be paid…The reside of my estate and property which shall not be required for the payment of my just debts, funeral charges and the expenses attending the execution of this my will and the administration of my estate my just debts shall be paid of my person property and if it is not sufficient I shall leave it to the best will & knowledge of the Executors hereinafter named, either to sell the property and land on which I now reside, or any other way the Executors think proper. Next I give and devise to my beloved wife Elizabeth Mogk & my youngest child Margaret Mogk all what is left after paying my just debts, to live upon and have in use as long as my wife Elizabeth Mogk lives, but in case my wife Elizabeth should marry again she shall only have the third of what remains after paying my just debts and then whatever is the balance shall be paid to Margaret Moggue Jun. & Margaret Moggue Sen. in equal shares after they arrive the age of twenty one years and I do further nominate and appoint my son-in-law John Becking and George Specht to be my Executors of my Last Will nad Testament.
