  ROOKE, Helen Anita Peacefully, passed away, at St. Andrews Terrace, Cambridge on Friday, August 29, 2008, at the age of 86 years. Helen Rooke (nee Coleman) was the beloved wife of the late, Alfred Rooke (1979). Dear mother of Cheryl Miller and her husband Cedric of Cambridge and Sharon Galvao and her husband Tony of Cambridge. Loved Grandmother of Crystal, Tracy, Corinne, Clayton, Kayla, Brittany and great-grandmother of Victoria and Catarina, Tyler, McKinnley and Camryn. Dear sister of Marguerite (Mrs. Thomas McIntyre) of Glace Bay, Carmel (Mrs. George Evasuk) of Glace Bay, Anna (Mrs. Charles Campbell) of Tenaneck, New Jersey, Rose Marie (Mrs. Jim Traynor) of Toronto and Adrian of Saint John, New Brunswick. Predeceased by her brothers, Bill, Jackie, Gerard and Earl and sisters, Gertrude and Clare. The family would like to extend their warmest thanks and gratitude to the staff at St. Andrews Terrace, for all their help over the years. The Rooke family will receive friends at Coutts Funeral Home, 96 St. Andrews Street, Cambridge, on Sunday, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.. Parish prayers will be recited at the funeral home on Sunday, at 8 p.m..
