  AVELAR, Abel Passed away suddenly, at his home on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at the age of 76 years. Beloved husband of Celeste. Loving father of Armando (Jacquie) and Steve (Kathy). Cherished Avô of Alexa, Sampson, Alec, Shane, Ruby and Clara. Survived by his brother Roque. Will be sadly missed by his dog, Pudge. Predeceased by his parents and siblings. Abel was a longtime employee of Budd Automotive. Resting at Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas Street N., Cambridge on Monday, July 2, 2018, from 6 - 9 p. m. Rosary will be recited at the funeral home on Monday evening, at 8:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held from St. Gregory's RC Church, 10 St. Gregory's Drive, Cambridge on Tuesday, July 3, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Mount View Cemetery.
