  DePINTO, Maria (Altomare) Left this world on September 11, 2018, to be with her husband, Girolamo "Gino" (1995), her parents and her brother Domenico. Maria was born in Molfetta, Italy on December 13, 1937, to parents Ignatzio and Marta Altomare. She leaves behind her brother Giuseppe Altomare (Giovanna), son Giuseppe DePinto (Audrey), daughter Marta Walker (Jim), grandchildren, Gina Cornish (Geoff), Joey DePinto and great-grandchildren, Makayla and Mackenzie Cornish. Maria came to Canada in 1958 and was soon married to Gino. She spent the next 20 years dedicated to raising her children. With her children grown, Maria turned her attention to community service and spent decades involved with organizations like the Lioness's, the Boy Scout Mom's, along with volunteering at both the David Durwood and Allen Reuter Centres. She will be greatly missed by friends and family. Family will receive guests at T. LITTLE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 223 Main Street, Cambridge, on Friday, September, 14, 2018, for visitation from 3-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Interment to take place at Mount View Cemetery on Saturday, September, 15, 2018, at 10 a.m. Waterloo Region Record 13 Sep 2018
