  McKENZIE, John Edward Suddenly, at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Wednesday, September 16th, 1992, in his 88th year. John McKenzie, of Gertrude Burgar Court, a life long resident of Galt, beloved husband of the late Christina McKenzie (1968). Dear father of John McKenzie and his wife Yvonne of Hamilton and Barbara Abernethy and her husband Russell of Cambridge and predeceased by a daughter, in infancy. Loved by seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Mr. John McKenzie is the last surviving member of his family, having been predeceased by five brothers and three sisters. Retired employee of Canadian General Tower and a former employee of the Geddy and Scott Shoe Company and Cedar Hill Dairy. Mr. John McKenzie served overseas with the Highland Light Infantry, during W.W. 2. Friends will be received at Littles Funeral Home, 223 Main Street East, Cambridge, on Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral and Committal Service will be conducted in the Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, at 2:00 p.m. Rev.
