    • ANOTHER AGED CITIZEN PASSED AWAY.

      One by one the older citizens of Waterloo are being called away to their last reward and the grim reaper of death has entered the home and taken away a loving mother in the person of Mrs. Martin Schade, relict of the late Martin Schade, at the age of 78 years.

      The deceased lady suffered a paralytic stroke on Thursday last from which she never rallied and death relieved her of her sufferings Saturday night at 10.45 p.m.

      The hand of death has dealt heavily on this household, the deceased's husband predeceasing her on April 24th, 1910.

      All who came in contact with her realized the tenderness of her sympathy and a large circle of friends will sympathize with the children in this their hour of sorrow. A family of ten children who are left to mourn the loss of a loving and kind mother are; - Mrs. Heberbrandt, Waterloo, Will Dunkirk, N. Y. Mrs.
      Sol. Beatty, Waterloo, Mrs. H. B. Duering, Waterloo, Mrs. J. Grasser, Bridgeport, Louis, Dunkirk, N. Y. Martin, Sleepy Eye, Minn., Harry, Bridge port, George, Stratford, and Mrs. J. Beckner at home.

      The funeral will be held on Wednesday afternoon at two o'clock from the residence corner King and Princess streets to St. John's Lutheran Church for service and thence to Mount Hope cemetery for interment.
