  NEWSTEAD Elvin (Slim) At the Hilltop Manor Nursing Home, on Tuesday, April 26, 1988, in his 86th year. Elvin beloved husband of the late Dorothy, who predeceased him in September 1987. Dear fayjer of Betty (Mrs. Hubert Snow) of Cambridge and Peggy (Mrs. Ron Fetterly) of Heidelberg and Earl Newstead and his wife Glenda of Bruce Mines. Brother of Dorothy McCrae of Guelph. Predeceased by two brothers; Arthur and Herbert. Mr. Newstead's family will receive friends at Coutts and Son Funeral Home, 96 St. Andrews Street, Cambridge, Wednesday, 7-9 p.m. Funeral and committal service in the funeral home chapel, Thursday, 3 p.m., with Col.
