Of Alison Ave., Cambridge, at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Sunday, July 30, 1995, Maria Neves in her 63rd year. Beloved mother of Maria DaCosta and her husband Carlos of Cambridge, John Melo and his wife Geraldina of Portugal, Larry Melo and his wife Idolidia of Cambridge and Eduard Melo and his wife Zelia of Cambridge. Loving grandmother to 8 grandchildren. Also surviving are her brothers, Joao Gaspar and his wife Rosa of Cambridge, Manuel Gaspar and Antonio Gaspar, both of Portugal. Mrs. Neves was predeceased by her second husband, Manuel and her first husband Laurino Melo. Resting at the Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas St., Cambridge, where the family will receive friends, on Tuesday (today), from 2 -4 and 7 - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass to be held at Our Lady of Fatima R.C. Church, on Wednesday, August 2, 1995, at 9:00 a.m., Father A. Cunha celebrant. Interment, Mount View Cemetery, Cambridge.
