  NIESON, Wendell A. Peacefully, on Tuesday, January 12, 1999, at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital, in his 84th year. Beloved husband of the late Mary Nieson (1983). Loving father of Douglas Nieson and Mary Ann Nieson, both of Cambridge. Dear grandfather of three grandchildren. He will be sadly missed by his sister, Marie Goll of Hanover, his dear friend Cora Leach and his many nieces, nephew & friends. Wendell was the owner and operator of Nieson Auto Wreckers Ltd. He was a long time member of St. Patrick's R.C. Church and attended St. Ambrose R.C. Church for a number of years. Wendell was an Honorary Life Member of the Knights of Columbus, Galt Council #2184. He has also played cards at the UK Club for the past few years. Predeceased by his six brothers and two sisters. Friends will be received at Little's Funeral Home, 223 Main Street East, Cambridge, on Wednesday and Thursday, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial, will be celebrated at St. Patrick's R.C. Church, 53 Wellington Street, Cambridge, on Friday, January 15, 1999, at 11 a.m. Interment to follow in Mount View Cemetery, Cambridge. Cambridge Reporter 1999
